DBasia.news –  A surprise occurred in Week five of the Premier League between Norwich City against Manchester City at Carrow Road, Saturday (9/14) PM. The Citizens lost 2-3 to the hosts.

Manchester City coach, Josep Guardiola, admitted that the home side played better in the match. He could not even count with certainty the number of opportunities that Norwich received in front of Man City’s goal until finally three of them tuned into goals that stranded the struggles of his team.

“Congratulations to Norwich. The first goal came from a set piece situation and the second from a counterattack, so credits to them. We have to learn from this. Our passing wasn’t bad. We created chances, but we couldn’t score everything into goals today, “Guardiola stated, from the Goal’s page.

“They are a very good team with quality players. We saw that in last year’s Championship, and they were sharp on this day. We don’t have urgency in the opponent’s last defense, “he added.

“In football, you cannot always avoid mistakes.  “I don’t know how many shots we have, but football is about goals and about what you do in the penalty box,” he continued.

The defeat from Norwich has made The Citizens be stuck in second place with a collection of 10 points. This negative result also has made them fail to cut their point distance from Liverpool, who are at the top of the Premier League standings.
