Pep Guardiola Respond to Gabriel Jesus’ Complaint

DBasia.news –  Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola responded to Gabriel Jesus’ complaint and acknowledged it.

Recently, Jesus did express his complaints about playing hours in Man City. He was upset because all this time he was only used as a reserve player. The coach almost always plays Sergio Aguero as a starter and Jesus only serves as a substitute.

Finding the situation, Guardiola remained calm. He claimed to have been accustomed to facing situations like this in dealing with the club. Guardiola also ensured his decision to reserve Jesus was not made because of the quality of the player.

For him, Jesus is one of the best players in the Man City squad. The Brazilian striker has always managed to make Guardiola feel satisfied because he performed optimally. Guardiola even likened Jesus like an animal while in the field because of his attitude that was so fierce.

“I read the results of the interview and it was perfect. The extraordinary respect was shown by Gabriel (Jesus). There is no problem at all. Of course, he wants to play because he holds the back number nine in the Brazilian national team,” Guardiola said, as quoted by Goal.

“I said recently, he is probably the only striker in the world at this level who has such a respectful relationship and has friendships with all his colleagues, Sergio Aguero, and others,” he continued.

“Every time he is on the field, if he plays one second, two minutes, or 90 minutes, he plays like an animal. In every action, he does his best. Not just Gabriel, all players want to play in all matches. So, that is normal. “It doesn’t matter,” said the Spanish coach.
