Pioli and Allegri agree the Juventus vs AC Milan duel is not to decide the Scudetto

DBasia.news – Milan coach, Stefano Pioli and Juventus tactician Massimiliano Allegri agreed that the duel between the two teams in the 2021-2022 Serie A match, at the San Siro Stadium, Monday (24/1) morning WIB, would not determine which team would win the Scudetto.

AC Milan are struggling to approach Inter Milan who are at the top of the standings. Currently, the Rossoneri are five points behind.

Meanwhile, Juventus, who was average at the start of the season, has began to improve. The Bianconeri are chasing the top four position. In fact, Paulo Dybala and his team still have a chance to win.

However, Allegri and Pioli agreed that the match would not determine the final outcome of the 2021-2022 Serie A. However, the prestige of the game will not subside.

“This is an important match. It will not be decisive, but it will be important,” said Pioli as reported by Football Italia.

“Juventus showed their strength. Being able to win the duel tomorrow will be important for our position in the standings,” he added.

Allegri said the same thing. According to him, the result of tomorrow’s match will not determine the fate of Juventus to win the Scudetto.

“Don’t go too far with things. Meanwhile, let’s try to get the best result against Milan who have done very well in the last year and a half. Congratulations to Pioli. They are fighting for the Scudetto,” said Allegri.

“We have to stay with them and arrive at the end of February in good condition. When we talk about the Scudetto, we will talk about things that don’t make sense at the moment,” explained Allegri.

The Serie A duel between AC Milan and Juventus at the San Siro has never ended in a draw in the last nine meetings. Juve stole six wins, while the remaining three belonged to Milan.
