Post-injury, Giorgio Chiellini told that he will be back soon

DBasia.news –  After being injured, Juventus veteran defender Giorgio Chiellini finally gave the happy news to Juventus. Chiellini stated that the recovery process was going well and he was sure he could play again soon.

Giorgio Chiellini suffered a ligament injury at the start of the season. These problems make Chiellini only appeared in one match in 2019-2020 Serie A.

Chiellini revealed that his condition is currently improving. He is happy the Bianconeri can still look impressive even though he is not playing.

“We are getting results, but we still need time to look at the ideas that managers want in the field. Most importantly, keep winning points,” Chiellini explained.

One of the players who benefits when Giorgio Chiellini is absent is Matthijs de Ligt. The former Ajax Amsterdam employee is believed to be Leonardo Bonucci’s companion at the heart of the defense. Meanwhile, other defenders namely Daniele Rugani and Merih Demiral get minimal playing opportunities.
