DBasia.news – The COO of Liga 1 competition operator, PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB), Tigorshalom Boboy said he hasn’t taken the decision following the request from Persi Bandung to postpone the schedule of the match against Persija Jakarta that should be on the 23rd week on September 23.
But, the operational committee of Persib got the recommendation from the local police of Bandung to postpone the match until two days later for security consideration.
Tigor received the postpone request letter from Persib. But he hasn’t decided to grant the request.
“Yes, right (postpone request),” Tigor said to reporters on Tuesday (18/9).
“I don’t know yet. We just received the letter yesterday and can’t decide it by now,” he added.
For security reason, Polrestabes Bandung through a letter-number B/3486/IX/2018/ Bag. Ops, about Persib Bandung vs Persija Jakarta Schedule Change Request on September 17 is recommending the kick-off time to be changed. Apparently, the moment is happening at the same time with the campaign of the legislative and presidential election.
“We will announce the progress of the match status soon,” Tigor added.
