DBasia.news –  Real Madrid continues to try to balance the club’s finances by selling several players in the summer transfer market. After selling Theo Hernandez, Mateo Kovacic and Marcos Llorente, Madrid is now selling Raul De Tomas to Benfica.

Reported by Marca, the 24-year-old striker arrived in Lisbon to undergo a medical test and join Benfica. De Tomas followed in the footsteps of his compatriots who had strengthened Madrid and joined Benfica, Rodrigo – currently strengthening Valencia.

De Tomas, who last season performed well on loan at Rayo Vallecano, will be sold at a price of 20-25 million euros. The players who has also been loaned to Cordoba and Real Valladolid has been plotted as a replacement for Joao Felix who is getting closer to joining Atletico Madrid.

De Tomas will meet with the product of the La Masia academy, also from Spain, Alex Grimaldo, at Benfica. The Primeira Liga champions will play in the Champions League and De Tomas will be part of the project for Bruno Lage’s care team.
