Real Madrid Threatened to Lose Two Star Players at El Clasico

DBasia.news –  Two El Real star players, Gareth Bale and Luka Modric suffered injuries when competing for their country in the 2020 European Cup qualifiers. This has made them be threatened to not be able to play in the El Clasico match in the next two weeks.

The two players were also hostile towards each other when Wales competed against Croatia at Cardiff City Stadium, Monday (10/14/2019) AM. Also in that match, Bale and Modric both suffered injuries.

The match between Wales and Croatia itself ended in a 1-1 draw. Gareth Bale contributed a goal for The Dragon, while Modric played for 89 minutes before he was pulled out.

Bale finished the game limping after suffering an injury to his calf. The former Tottenham Hotspur player was forced to stay on the field as Wales had used three substitutes.

Meanwhile, Modric was injured after being tackled by Wales’s Harry Wilson, who was then rewarded with a yellow card. Modric left the field hobbling. His role was replaced by Milan Badelj in the rest of the match.

The injury of the two players has made Zinedine Zidane have to rack his brain in the Real Madrid squad. The reason is, it would be a big loss if Los Blancos loses these two players. However, regarding on how severe the injury from both of them still needs to be further observated.
