Real Madrid Threatens Inter Milan regarding Achraf Hakimi’s Payment

DBasia.news – Real Madrid seemed to have changed their minds about the delay in payments made by Inter Milan regarding the transfer of Achraf Hakimi. Los Blancos are now threatening to withdraw the 21 year old player back to the Santiago Bernabeu.

As is known, Madrid hqw agreed to sell Hakimi to Inter at a cost of 40 million euros last summer. But the Nerazzurri paid for it in four installments.

The first payment for Hakimi’s transfer of 10 million euros was due at the end of December. But Inter asked for additional time until March 30 which was agreed by Madrid.

Reporting from Corriere dello Sport, Madrid is now reconsidering this leeway. They want a real guarantee from Inter so that payments are not delayed again.

In the same report, Madrid has threatened to bring Hakimi back home if Inter were unable to agree to the agreement that had been made. So, Hakimi’s transfer was deemed to be canceled.
