DBasia.news – Sport reported Real Madrid are ready to ask for a credit worth 600 million euro (Rp10,2 trillion). With that amount of money, Los Blancos will renovate the stadium.

In recent years, Real Madrid didn’t recruit any expensive players. Apparently, Los Merengues are saving for another investment.

According to Diario AS, Florentino Perez as the president of Real Madrid is planning to borrow 600 million euro. Perez will announce his plan in front of 2,200 Real Madrid delegations.

Perez will announce it ahead of the meeting with Real Madrid on September 23. Perez needs at least 2/3 votes from the delegations to grant the credit permission.

Later, the budget will be used to beutify Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid will pay it in 25 years.

In Perez’ proposal, it doesn’t include the spectator capacity in Santiago Bernabeu. Real Madrid set the budget of 400 million euro (Rp6,8 trillion) for that matter.

Perez’s proposed credit will be used to renovate Santiago Bernabeu hence the selling potential during the credit period.

Real Madrid got 750 million euro (Rp12,8 trillion) revenue at the end of 2017-2018 season. The number doesn’t include the selling of Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus nearly 100 million euro (Rp1,7 trillion).
