Roberto Soldado’s Reasons to Join Granada
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Roberto Soldado revealed the reason for joining Granada. According to Soldado, there is a personal factor in choosing the LaLiga promotion club.
The last time Roberto Soldado played at LaLiga was in 2017. After that, Soldado joined Fenerbache before returning to Spain with Granada.
As a striker labeled ex-national team, of course, the offer for Roberto Soldado is not small. However, the 34-year-old footballer has instead chosen Granada, which has just been promoted to LaLiga.
Apparently, this is caused by Roberto Soldado’s father, Antonio, had a career in the City of Granada when he was still an amateur footballer. Soldado hopes his father will be happy with it.
“I joined Granada as a coincidence. To be honest, I came here when I was little because I visited my father’s hometown,” said Roberto Soldado.
“This city is very beautiful. I think my father is very happy to know I am playing in Granada right now. I hope my father can enjoy my game in Granada.
