Roma Women Team Players Break the Deadlock

DBasia.news – Italy continued their good start in Euro 2021 qualification with a 2-0 win against Malta on Friday afternoon.
Roma captain Elisa Bartoli became the player who broke the deadlock in the match, when she scored after pushing into the penalty box.
Penalty from Juventus striker, Cristiana Girelli added advantage and sealed victory for Italy.
Other Roma players Annamaria Serturini and Giada Greggi both sat on the bench throughout the match.
On the other hand, former Roma defender Emma Lipman made her international debut for Malta in the match.
This is Bartoli’s second goal in three qualifying matches, now the Azzurre prepare to face Bosnia-Herzegovina in Palermo next week.
