Ronaldo Won’t Forever Be Juventus Starter
By news-admin
DBasia.news – As a world megastar player, doesn’t guarantee that Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi will play in their own club. Moreover now, when they are no longer young. The coach will be wiser to utilize the quality in important matches and do the player rotation for some tournaments.
The same goes for Ronaldo in Juventus. Came from Real Madrid that he has been supported for 9 years with success, Ronaldo has the megastar status by achieving 5 Ballon d’Or and 5 Champions League titles, the accumulation with Manchester United and Madrid.
But, will the status guarantee Ronaldo will play as the starter in every Juventus match? Not always. Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri declared that no one has the guarantee to be the starter for every match, including Ronaldo.
“Ronaldo always puts himself in contention. He’s a true champion, who has built himself with work and sacrifice. He’s a good example and he raises the bar here,” Allegri said quoted by Football-Italia.
“I have to make a decision on Matuidi today. He’s in good shape and he always runs. He came in late last season but immediately made us understand what he could give us. Changes will depend on the moment, our state and our opponents. From September 16 we’ll be playing every three days, so the changes will be natural,” he concluded.
