DBasia.news – Real Madrid and Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing young Ajax Amsterdam star, Ryan Gravenberch.
According to the El Nacional page, the player is ready to be sold by Ajax in the next summer market if an offer comes in at 35 million euros. Gravenberch has played for Ajax for 10 years since he was 8 years old in 2010.
In recent seasons, he was able to become an important element of Ajax. In total, since being promoted to the senior team, the 19-year-old player has collected 10 goals and 10 assists in 86 games played with De Godenzonen.
Barcelona are reportedly interested in signing Gravenberch as a successor to Sergio Busquets. In addition, Frenkie De Jong is also said to be on Barca’s selling list as the club is experiencing financial problems.
On the other hand, Madrid also needs the power of the player to replace Luka Modric. Not only that, their togetherness with Toni Kroos would end in the near future considering the player has also entered the twilight of his career as a footballer.
Ajax has asked 35 million Euros for their wonderkid. This amount is not a problem for Real Madrid and Barcelona. But Gravenberch is reportedly only interested in joining Barcelona, which is currently experiencing financial problems.
