DBasia.news –  Just within three months, AS Monaco sacked Thierry Henry. Cesc Fabregas is feeling sorry for that because he came to Monaco due to Henry’s invitation.

AS Monaco announced the sacking of former Arsenal player Thierry Henry as the coach. Interestingly, they appointed the former coach Leonardo Jardim.

Thierry Henry has been AS Monaco coach since October 2018. At that time, Henry replaced Leonardo Jardim as the coach.

Apparently, AS Monaco didn’t perform really good under Thierry Henry. Radamel Falcao are struggling in the bottom of Ligue 1 table.

Cesc Fabregas revealed Thierry Henry’s disappointment after the sacking. But, the Spaniard player hopes Henry will be successful in another place.

“One of the main reasons for me coming to Monaco is that Thierry called me. He wanted me to play every game, every minute,” Cesc Fabregas confessed.

“Thierry Henry wants me to play in every game and every minute at AS Monaco. He understands my best position. Unfortunately, I only played two matches with him.”

“Of course, you can imagine the plan failed and I felt surprised for a few hours. In fact, maybe, for a few days,” continued Cesc Fabregas.

Cesc Fabregas joined AS Monaco from Chelsea during the 2019 winter transfer market. Fabregas lost the main position of The Blues.
