Samuel Eto’o Decided to Retire

DBasia.news – Cameroon soccer legend Samuel Eto’o finally officially hung up his boots. He decided to retire because he had not yet got a new club this season.
Samuel Eto’o last strengthened the club from Qatar, Qatar SC 2018 ago. He only lasted a season. In his last season as a footballer, the player who successfully won the Champions League with Barcelona and Inter Milan only played in 18 matches with a notch of six goals.
Entering the 2019-2020 season the Cameroon player sees himself unable to play at the highest level. He then finished his 22-year career as a footballer.
“Done. Thank you for all the love you gave,” Eto’o said.
Samuel Eto’o has played for 14 different teams. Besides being with Barcelona, Inter, and Qatar SC, he also has uniformed Real Madrid, Leganes, Espanyol, Real Mallorca, Aznhi Makhachkala, Chelsea, Everton, Sampdoria, Antalyaspor, and Konyaspor.
