Apparently, before the match, Ferguson met Solskjaer in the training center. Solskjaer said that he got many suggestions from him.

“Well, (I’ve spoken with him) in the last week or so but I’ve had him for 15 years so obviously he’s influenced me more in the 15 years before than the last week,’ Solskjaer said cited by the club’s official website.

“I do keep him informed. He did pay us a visit on Saturday and I think he enjoyed his time at the training ground,” the manager added.

“We had a nice few chats, with the staff, and he encouraged us. He knows the staff I’ve got is Manchester United through and through.”

“He knows that we are going to do whatever we can up to the last second we’re here. We’ll do everything we can for us and have Manchester United do as best as we can,” he explained.

Next, Manchester United would play against Newcastle United on the 21st-week of 2018-2019 Premier League at St James Park, Thursday (3/1). Paul Pogba and friends are currently in the sixth place with 35 points.
