DBasia.news – Real Madrid defeated Celta Vigo 4-2 on the 12th-week of LaLiga match at Balaidos Stadium. This continues Madrid’s impressive performance under the interim coach, Santiago Solari.
The victory also makes Solari as one of the coaches with a good start.
Real Madrid won at 23′ by Karim Benzema’s right kick. That was the only goal in the first half.
After the break, El Real gained 2-0 after Gustavo Cabral scored the own goal at 56′. The goal was responded by Celta Vigo with Hugo Mallo’s kick using the assist from Brais Mendez at 61′.
However, Madrid added the distance to be 4-1 by two goals from Sergio Ramos (83′) and Dani Ceballos (90+1′). Brais Mendez’s goal at the end of the match couldn’t stop El Real’s victory. Madrid summed up the match with a 4-2 victory.
This is Madrid’s fourth consecutive victory under Solari. Previously, Karim Benzema and friends defeated Melilla, Real Valladolid, and Viktoria Plzen.
Solari made the same achievement like Manuel Pellegrini who gained the consecutive victories in his debut for Madrid. Meanwhile, Pellegrini’s achievement stopped in the seventh match in 2009.
It means, Solari is the best coach with a good start since Pellegrini era. Moreover, he surpassed top coaches like Zinedine Zidane and Jose Mourinho who arrived after Pellegrini.
