DBasia.news –  Manchester United’s manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, criticized Jesse Lingard who he said appeared below standard last season.

Lingard did not appear stable in the last 2018/19 season. The 26-year-old played 27 matches in the Premier League, with 19 being the core players. Four goals and two assists were given.

Even though he got enough minutes to play, Solskjaer felt that what Lingard was displaying wasn’t good enough.

“I think he became the first person to know that his final season was not following the standards. We discussed it, between us,” Solskjaer said.

“But, I hope more from him and he knows exactly what I want,” said the 45-year-old man.
