Some players want to leave Manchester United

DBasia.news – Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick says it is too early to talk about a winter transfer strategy. Rangnick also revealed that there are indeed several players who want to leave United.

Currently Rangnick explained that he was still continuing to further assess the quality and depth of the MU squad.

“Of course I got to know them better this week. Most of what I saw in the two games,” Rangnick told the club’s official website.

In the two games under him, against Crystal Palace in the Premier League and Young Boys in the Champions League, Rangnick has fielded 27 different players.

The German coach hopes to get to know his squad better when Manchester United travels to Norwich City headquarters, Sunday (12/12) WIB.

“We’ve had three, four or five training sessions together, but it’s still too early to talk about what we might do in the transfer window,” he said.

Players Want to Leave

On the same occasion, Rangnick also admitted that there were several players who were planning to leave Manchester United. They are players who were disappointed as they rarely got a chance to play.

Responding to this, Rangnick revealed that there would be individual meetings to confirm their plans.

“If I look at the numbers, it’s still a big squad. We obviously don’t have enough players, but we also have to make sure the players want to stay here,” he stated.

“If they feel they are not getting enough playing time, maybe the right step is to talk one-on-one with each other, to see what plans can be taken,” concluded Rangnick.
