By db-admin
DBasia.news – Krzystztof Piatek was named as the trigger for the failure of AC Milan to win the match against Sassuolo, Sunday (15/12). But AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli, thinks that the failure of his club is due to the poor performance of almost all players.
In the party against Sassuolo, AC Milan was only able to win one point after the game ended with a score of 0-0. This less than optimal result also tarnished the peak of the 120th anniversary of Rossonerri.
After the match, Piatek continued to receive harsh criticism. He received harsh criticism for failing to score for AC Milan.
“Last week, the media stated that Krzysztof Piatek was our savior. However, now people are continuing to throw criticism at him, “Stefano Pioli said as quoted by the Italian Football page.
“I think people need balance when expressing criticism. As Piatek is not the only person who has to look better. All players must be able to immediately improve their performance, “added Pioli added.
Furthermore, Pioli also claimed to be confused with the bad luck of his players in the party against Sassuolo. He also could not believe AC Milan failed to score a single goal despite successfully releasing nine to 10 shots on target in the second half.
“In the second
half, we had about nine to 10 shots on goal. We have tried everything. But
somehow we failed to score even one goal against Sassuolo, “continued
Pioli.
