Gonzalo Higuain

DBasia.news – The Serie A giant club, AC Milan, seemed like fell asleep for the past seasons. No wonder, the champion candidate team just finished in the seventh rank in the past two Serie A seasons.

Consequently, the team can only perform in the second division tournament in Europe, Europa League. A big decline for the team who won the Champions League for 7 times. And now for the 2018/2019 season, Milan are improving.

I Rossoneri recruited the top-scorer striker, Gonzalo Higuain. Leonardo Bonucci’s transfer to Juventus could be replaced by the arrival of Mattia Caldara. Milan winger, Suso, believed by having striker like Higuain will make his team respected.

“Milan have the chance to return to greatness,” Suso told Spanish media, Mundo Deportivo. “A great striker in Gonzalo Higuain, arrived and I think that was what we lacked,” he continued.

Besides Higuain, Suso also believed Milan have the coach who understands how to enhance the team’s achievement. He assumed with Gennaro Gattuso, this is the perfect season to revive.

Suso’s bright performance with Milan is also resulted in his involvement to the Spain national team, after being left out during the 2018 World Cup. The 24-year-old player hopes he could play regularly for La Furia Roja.

Moreover, Spain are now under Luis Enrique who once became the coach of AS Roma. “Luis Enrique knows Italy and Serie A very well, so he is aware of what it’s like to play here. It’s nice to come home and being called up for international duty is something to be proud of, always,” Suso revealed.
