DBasia.news – Arsenal defender, Calum Chambers, has made his loan period as the key to his revival.
Calum Chambers joined Arsenal from Southampton in 2014. At that time, the Gunners have paid 18 million pounds to secure Chambers’ services.
Having been the mainstay at Arsenal, Calum Chambers has went through a difficult time. In the end, the Gunners lent Chambers to Middlesborough in 2016 and Fulham in 2018.
Calum Chambers also gained bitter experience while on loan. Middlesborough and Fulham were both relegated when they borrowed Chambers from Arsenal.
However, apparently the experience has provided mental strength to Callum Chambers. This has made Chambers perform neatly when returning to Arsenal.
“I have a lot of experience over the years. Like being on loan at Middlesborough and Fulham, as well as several matches at Arsenal,” recalls Calum Chambers.
“To be honest, I feel that I am developing as a footballer as well as a human being. I bring that experience to the game and feel like I want to keep getting better.”
“I want to work harder and get better every day. I want to ensure a place at Arsenal. When you do, you have proven yourself,” he added.
