DBasia.news – Inter Milan seem to have to forget about their plan to bring Edinson Cavani. Reasonably as long as there is Atletico Madrid, Inter’s hopes will not be realized.
Cavani’s (33) contract at PSG will expire in June 2020. The Uruguayan striker and former Napoli player, can join other club for free.
Previously, Cavani was quite intensively going to move to Inter after his contract expires at PSG next summer. However, Cavani was believed to only want to play in Spain, not return to Italy.
Inter don’t seem to have an affinity with Cavani. The reason is as claimed by fcinternews.it, Cavani has established a pre-contract agreement with Atletico Madrid.
Inter is actually going after Dries Mertens. However, the Belgian striker chose to stay at Napoli.
Inter also shifted their aim at Cavani. In the past few weeks, there has even been quite a lot of speculation regarding Cavani and Romelu Lukaku duet at Inter next season.
It’s just a shame, Cavani is believed to have chosen Spain as his next destination. Inter now must forget it.
