This is Thomas Muller’s difficulty in leaving Bayern Munich

DBasia.news – Thomas Muller is certain to stay at Bayern Munich longer, after the Bavarian icon extended his contract by one year, and will keep him under contract until the summer of 2024.

In an interview with TZ that recently took place Thomas Muller revealed some of the things that made it challenging for him to leave Bayern Munich. In fact, outside of Bayern there are already many big clubs queuing up to sign him, but he chose to stay with the team nicknamed Die Bavarian.

“I have a good friendly relationship here, whether it’s with the physiotherapists, doctors or club chefs. The feeling is good. Therefore, leaving Munich is not easy. Regardless of whether I grew up here or not,” Muller said.

In addition, he also admitted to staying at Bayern because with this club he has the opportunity to win the title every season. As a player, Muller has won everything with Bayern Munich, from the DFB Pokal, the Bundesliga, the European Champions League to the Club World Cup. All of these achievements may not be obtained if he joins another club.

“That’s a simple answer, because I have everything I enjoy here in professional football. I can’t rate what it’s like anywhere else. But here I definitely know, that I am playing for the title, whether in domestic or international competitions. We have won many championships over the last 10 to 15 years and always play to win the Champions League.”
