Thomas Tuchel Is Ready to Fight with a Super Busy Schedule with Chelsea

DBasia.news – Thomas Tuchel admits he is ready for the hectic schedule that awaits him with Chelsea after the November international break.

The Blues are still top of the Premier League standings with 26 points, three points ahead of their closest rivals, Manchester City and West Ham United.

After the international break, Thomas Tuchel’s men will now enter a busy winter period in which they will play three games each week until early January next year.

Starting with Leicester City this weekend, Chelsea will face Juventus in the Champions League and then Manchester United in the Premier League for the rest of November.

In December, the Blues had nine games in the space of one month and the winter period will close on January 2 when they face Liverpool.

However, Tuchel admitted that he was ready to fight with the super dense schedule of matches.

In a press conference ahead of the match against Leicester City on Saturday (20/11) evening WIB, Tuchel said, “Yes! It was brutal.”

“But I’m looking forward to it because I’m in a lucky position where I love my job and my job doesn’t feel like work.”

“My job feels like a big part of my life. I enjoy every day with big teams and being around football teams. I feel privileged and that’s why I think I’m ready to fight!”
