Toni Kroos Reveals The Most Important Trophy For Him

DBasia.news – Toni Kroos has indeed presented many titles, there are 16 prestigious titles he has won with Real Madrid. But which one is the most effective? This is the answer.

Kroos joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2014. He was brought in from Bayern Munich for a transfer fee of around 30 million euros.

Kroos’ move to Madrid is actually somewhat surprising. He was previously linked with Manchester United, who had just lost Sir Alex Ferguson.

Kroos’ decision to accept Madrid’s proposal was in fact the right decision. He transformed into one of the world’s best midfielders with Los Blancos.

A total of 16 trophies were successfully donated by Kroos to Madrid. Four of them are the Champions League.

Kroos admits winning the Champions League is the most difficult thing to do. But if he had a choice, he would point to the title in the 2016 edition as the most memorable.

“Winning the first (Champions League) title with Real Madrid in 2016 was the most valuable for me. One of the reasons I moved to Real was to win the Champions League with this big club,” Kroos told Kicker.

In the 2016 edition of the Champions League final, Madrid met Atletico at the San Siro. Zinedine Zidane’s team finally came out as champions through a penalty shootout.

Kroos actually won the Champions League first when he was in Bayern Munich uniform. But he thinks winning with Madrid is much more memorable.

“This title means more to me than winning the title with Bayern, because I missed the final due to injury. Therefore, it is only half a win for me,” he added.

Even so, Kroos did not want to be satisfied with this success. He called Madrid’s success the contribution of all players.

Kroos did not forget to give special praise to his two midfield colleagues, Luka Modric and Casemiro. He believes the results will be different if he is in a duet with other players.

We complement each other on the pitch because we want to play together and succeed together. And we have a great team around us who defend at the back and execute up front. ahead,” said Kroos again.

“Each of us knows our own characteristics precisely and contributes accordingly so that we can work together.”
