Weston McKennie Already Tested Negative for Corona Virus

DBasia.news – Juventus reported the current condition of Weston McKennie, who had tested positive for the corona virus. The midfielder from the United States is now negative.
McKennie had tested positive for the corona virus since last week. The 22-year-old player contracted it, shortly after Cristiano Ronaldo was announced he was also exposed to COVID-19.
A week of independent isolation, McKennie returned to undergo a swab test on Friday (23/10/2020). As a result, the player who was brought in from Schalke 04 was already negative.
“Weston McKennie carried out, according to protocol, a diagnostic test (swab) for the corona virus (Covid 19). The test showed a negative result. As such, the player has recovered and is no longer isolated at home,” a Juventus statement said.
McKennie’s condition is different from Ronaldo. CR7 is reportedly still positive for the corona virus, so that it is threatened to miss the Champions League next week.
McKennie himself became Juventus’ new mainstay in midfield. She has played twice for The Old Lady.
Furthermore, Juventus will face Verona in the Italian League on Sunday (25/10/2020). As for the fight against Barcelona, it will be held on Thursday (29/19).
