Zapata Choose to Stay at Atalanta

DBasia.news –  Colombian national team striker, Duvan Zapata, said that he felt very comfortable being able to play for Atalanta.

Zapata is currently still a loan player from Sampdoria. The loan contract will expire at the end of the season. However, his slick performance makes La Dea predicted to permanent his status at the end of the upcoming 2019-20 season.

“I never thought of leaving Bergamo. I do not know my future. But, right now I’m just thinking about continuing to give the best performance with Atalanta,” said Duvan Zapata.

Zapata’s glory is one of the reasons behind Atalanta’s success in the 2018-19 season. He also believes La Dea will still be able to maintain his appearance this season. He was also ready to score lots of goals to ensure Atalanta’s success.

“I am sure we can repeat last season’s achievements. We have one mission this season. Namely to be the protagonist. I also want to continue to grow and score a lot of goals for Atalanta. This makes me have to work extra hard in every game,” continued Zapata.
