Lionel Scaloni, coach of the Argentine national team, hopes that the 2020 Copa America is not the last for Lionel Messi, who recently won the sixth Ballon d’Or. As Messi will be 33 years old in 2020.
“I don’t know (if the 2020 Copa America is the last for Messi). I hope now he continues to play. But Argentina needs a trophy, more than him. I can’t promise anything, but I can say we will do everything to get to the final, “Scaloni explained in Sport-English.
