Ahead of 2018 AFF Cup, the Coach Has A Shadow Team

This is the first draw result of Indonesia national team in three matches ahead of the 2018 AFFF Cup. Recently, Indonesia national team won 1-0 against Mauritius and 3-0 against Myanmar. The three friendly matches are prepared for the Indonesia national team squad before the 2018 AFF Cup.

Indonesia national team interim coach Bima Sakti explained there are 50 names for the 2018 AFF Cup. Later, the 50 names will be shortlisted to be 22 for the official Indonesia national team squad in 2018 AFF Cup.

“We’ve given 50 names, but it’s confidential. For the players, we have the framework and some of the players aren’t called-up yet due to the quality. This is the chance for the players to show their quality in the squad,” Bima Sakti said.

“The performance is great, so it’s our secret in the coaching team of which one to improve. Most noteworthy, they are showing a great motivation since the match against Myanmar to Hong Kong.”

Indonesia national team are in the Group B 2018 AFF Cup with Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, and Timor Leste. Indonesia national team will have their first 2018 AFF Cup match against Singapore at National Stadium, November 9.
