Antonio Conte Talking about Alexis Sanchez’s performance

DBasia.news –  Inter Milan coach Antonio Conte wants to help Alexis Sanchez find his best form again.

Sanchez, 30, has been loaned out by Manchester United to Inter so he can find his best form again. Conte was also carefully playing slowly so Sanchez could play in top form.

Because Sanchez did not take United’s pre-season tour because he had just recovered from injury and was given an additional holiday for playing in the 2019 Copa America. Slowly, Conte wanted to help Sanchez find his best performance.

“It all depends on us to help him (Sanchez) find the performance and greatness that is a little lost from him. Alexis is a footballer who has a certain character. He is a tough player and sooner or later you will see him in the match,” Conte said.

“Every individual between us has room to develop. For some ways, it’s much simpler, while others are more complicated. We have room to develop in everything and my job is to develop players in all aspects.

“I have always been very careful, we have to develop in everything and not think with a magic stick (instant development) then everything suddenly develops,” he explained.

Conte also asked for consistency from foster children who have wiped out five Serie A matches with a win. 

“We have five lucky wins and this is important, but we are just getting started. We have to continue with the same passion, trying to improve ourselves,” Conte added.

“If you want to be the protagonist and become a big and strong team, you need points, balance, clarity. We try to improve in those aspects.”
