Arturo Vidal’s Chance to Head to Inter Milan

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  There is still a glimmer of hope for Inter Milan to reunite Antonio Conte with his former player at Juventus, Arturo Vidal, who is now strengthening FC Barcelona.

Inter Milan coach, Antonio Conte, has asked management to bring in a new midfielder in the middle of the season. The choice fell to Arturo Vidal who had worked with Conte at Juventus.

In terms of tactics, Vidal is indeed suitable for the scheme carried by Conte. The former Bayern Munich player will appear as Inter’s motor game with high mobility capital.

However, it is not easy to make Barcelona provide the green light. Ernesto Valverde reportedly refused to release Vidal in the middle of the season. The reason, Valverde was not convinced Barca could achieve a suitable replacement.

Meanwhile, Vidal is reportedly interested in reuniting with Conte at Inter. Moreover, currently the midfielder’s relationship with Barcelona is cracking. Vidal took legal action after Barcelona did not pay out the promised bonus.

Judging from that situation, Inter Milan needs to work hard to be able to realize Conte’s desire to bring in Vidal. Barcelona reportedly wants at least 20 million euros. In addition, Barca is also uninterested in the loan formula with redemption options.

Approval from Suning as the owner of Inter will be important in this transfer. Suning who focuses on bringing young players needs to be heartened to fulfill Conte’s request.

Meanwhile, if it fails, Inter Milan already have other targets that are no less interesting. Reportedly, La Beneamata has established communication with Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Christian Eriksen. The Danish midfielder is able to be brought in for free at the end of the season as his contract would enter its final year.

Chance of Inter Milan in bringing in Arturo Vidal: 65 percent

With a strong desire from Vidal to leave, Inter Milan are getting closer to completing the transfer. Now, Inter only needs to entice Barcelona to be willing to open the door.
