Benjamin Mendy made a blunder counter Wolverhampton Wanderers

DBasia.news –  Manchester City’s left-back, Benjamin Mendy, admits he made a blunder when his team lost to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

City lost 2-3 to host Wolverhampton Wanderers in the continued match of the English League at Molineux Stadium on Saturday (12/28/2019) early morning Western Indonesian Time. City’s goal was scored by Raheem Sterling, while the visitor’s goals were scored by Adama Traore, Raul Jimenez, and Matt Doherty.

In that match, Benjamin Mendy made a fatal blunder on Jimenez’s second goal scored by the hosts. The ball at Mendy’s leg was stolen by Traore who then gave an assist to Jimenez.

After the match, the wing-back immediately spoke out about his mistakes. He manly admitted that he had made a blunder.

“It’s easy to talk when everything is going well, but it’s hard to do something when making mistakes and fans are angry,” wrote Benjamin Mendy on Twitter.

“A big mistake tonight and I owe you a lot of ongoing support. It’s time to stay strong and keep trying to get back to our best level,” Benjamin Mendy added.

As a result of that defeat, City fixed on the top three Premier League standings with 38 points. The Cityzens are one point behind Leicester City who is above it.

While Wolves rose to fifth place in the standings. Traore and his friends have collected 30 points from 19 English League matches.
