Best African Team Awards Dominated by Two European Teams: Ajax and Liverpool

DBasia.news –  Ajax Amsterdam and Liverpool dominated the 2019 Africa Best Team award list.

At the same time, CAF announced the list of 2019 Africa’s best players. The event was won by Sadio Mane who defeated his colleague in Liverpool, Mohamed Salah.

Meanwhile, former Real Madrid defender,AchrafHakimi, won the best young African player in 2019. This is the second year that Hakimi has won the award.

In the 2019 best African team, Liverpool became the most sending representatives. In total, there are three players of the Reds on the team.

The three Liverpool players as mentioned earlier are Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah. Meanwhile, another Reds retainer is Joel Matip.

In second place was Ajax who contributed two players in the 2019 best African team. The two De Godenzonen players were Andre Onana and Hakim Ziyech.
