Callum Hudson-Odoi Asked to Learn from Raheem Sterling
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Raheem Sterling, Manchester City’s winger, was used as a reference for Frank Lampard to be followed by his players at Chelsea, Callum Hudson-Odoi.
“To be honest I don’t like to mention other players. But Raheem Sterling is the right person to be a role model for young British players today such as Hudson-Odoi, “Lampard said as quoted by the Daily Mail, Saturday (10/26/2019).
“I want Callum to be able to emulate how Sterling struggled to get to where he is now. It all starts from what he does every day during training, “Lampard added.
Despite mentioning the names of players from other clubs, Lampard also suggested Callum Hudson-Odoi to learn a lot from the Italian Chelsea midfielder, Jorginho.
According to Lampard, Jorginho in training sessions always showed very good quality and discipline. From how to play, Jorginho has a style that is quite similar to Hudson-Odoi.
“I hope his development continues to increase and that is the way it should be. Even so, I do not want to continue to appear firm on him,” concluded Lampard.
