Cesc Fabregas: French League Made Decision Too Fast
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Cesc Fabregas seemed disappointed with the French League decision to stop the competition. According to AS Monaco players, the league authorities took the decision too quickly.
As is known, the French League this season was officially stopped at the end of April. The decision was taken after the French Prime Minister banned sports activities from continuing until next September.
But for Cesc Fabregas, LFP as the league operator does not need to stop the competition this quickly. Even so he did not entirely blame LFP.
“That was a big decision made and I can understand why they did it. But maybe that decision is very fast considering that many major leagues are still trying to continue this season,” Fabregas said to Bein Sports on Sunday (05/10/2020).
“I really understand the meaning behind it and we are better safe because the most important thing now is the family and health security of all people. I support this 100 percent,” he added.
Furthermore, the Spaniard said that this was indeed a very difficult decision. He also hopes that everyone is fine, both in the world of football and personal life.
“Obviously this is a very difficult decision and I understand. We must do what they say. “It’s a difficult moment in our professional and personal lives, but we have to hold on and hope that everything will be okay in the future,” concluded Cesc Fabregas.
