Confirmed Javier Hernandez Immediately Resignes from Sevilla
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Sevilla’s sporting director, Monchi, confirmed the rumors of the departure of Mexican player, Javier Hernandez. According to him, Hernandez will leave Sevilla in the near future.
Since becoming the property of Los Rojiblancos, Hernandez has indeed had difficult to show his best performance. The 31-year-old player only managed to score one goal from nine appearances in the LaLiga event.
Reportedly, Hernandez became the main target of the Los Angeles Galaxy who had just been left by Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Galaxy is also ready to disburse funds of 7.75 million Euros to secure Hernandez’s signature.
“We have had communication with Javier Hernandez for the past few days. At the moment, I’m sure we are in the final stages of negotiations, “Monchi said, as quoted from the US Diario page.
Furthermore, Monchi also claimed to have targeted newer players to replace Hernandez. In addition, he also confirmed that Hernandez was the last player to leave Sevilla in the winter transfer market.
“We are ready to patch a hole at the departure of players and have prepared a replacement for Hernandez. However, we will not rush to bring him in, “said Monchi.
“So far, we also have no plans to release other players in the winter transfer market,” said the 51-year-old man.
Hernandez is the third player released by
Sevilla in the transfer market this time. Previously, they had also officially
held the Dabbur National Conference (to Hoffenheim), Alejandro Pojo (to
Mallorca), and Simon Kjaer (to AC Milan).
