DBasia.news – The news of the dispute with Juventus coach, Maurizio Sarri, has made Cristiano Ronaldo finally speak up on the matter. In his statement, Ronaldo pleaded gulity to Sarri and confirmed what Sarri had said about him.
Ronaldo showed a gesture of dislike with Sarri’s decision to pull him out when Juventus met Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League arena. Sarri at that time reasoned that Ronaldo’s physical condition was unwell.
After delivering Portugal to qualify for Euro 2020 by beating Luxembourg, Ronaldo also admitted that Sarri’s decision was right.
“In the last three weeks, my performance was limited. Everyone knows that I don’t like to be replaced. What Sarri said is true, “said Ronaldo as from A Bola, Monday (11/18/2019).
“The point is that no player likes to be replaced. But I understand it because I wasn’t doing well in the last two matches of Juventus, “he added.
Previously, tensions between Ronaldo and Sarri has made a number of other parties commented on the matter. Italy national team coach, Roberto Mancini, assessed the tension between Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus coach, Maurizio Sarri, to be a common thing in football.
“That (Sarri pulled Cristiano) might happen after one week with
some physical problems and Sarri considers it right to replace Cristiano. These
are the usual things. “I don’t see anything serious, this can happen
between players and coaches,” Mancini told Rai Sport.
