According to Der Spiegel, the cooperation contract will last until 2026. That is, Cristiano Ronaldo will still be bound by Nike even though he retires.

Cristiano Ronaldo will receive around 16 million euros per season from Nike. Not to mention the bonus if the former Manchester United player is liquidify after receiving several clauses.

Evidently, Cristiano Ronaldo would receive an additional pay of around 4 million euros if he wins the Ballon d’Or. In total, around 20 million euros can be earned during one season.

Moreover, Cristiano Ronaldo has won the Ballon d’Or in the 2016 and 2017 seasons. Ronaldo also received a bonus from Nike in the two seasons for his achievements.

The amount of Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract with Nike is more expensive than the value of Philippe Coutinho’s transfer. Though Coutinho is the second most expensive player in the world with a value of 145 million euros.
