Declared Negative From Corona Virus, Cristiano Ronaldo Ready To Return To Defend Juventus

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Cristiano Ronaldo is officially declared cured of the corona virus outbreak.  The Portuguese attacker has the opportunity to be with Juventus when he travels to Spezia’s headquarters in the 2020-2021 Serie A continued, Sunday (1/11).

Ronaldo was first tested positive for the corona virus while strengthening the Portugal national team at the international break in early October.  This made him miss four Juventus matches, including the defeat of Barcelona in the Champions League.

However, the last inspection on Friday (30/10) brought fresh air.  Ronaldo’s swab test result was negative.

“Cristiano Ronaldo underwent a swan test for COVID-19 and the result was negative. Therefore, he has recovered after 19 days and is no longer undergoing independent isolation,” read a Juventus official statement.

Ronaldo will undergo a medical examination to check his current physical condition.  If satisfactory, Pirlo can take CR7 on a trip to Spezia’s headquarters.

Ronaldo’s recovery is certainly a breath of fresh air for Juventus and Pirlo.  The former Real Madrid player is expected to be able to take the Bianconeri out of the negative trend.

As is known, Juventus have been fasting for victory in the last three Serie A matches. This has kept them stuck in fifth place.

But it is not impossible that Pirlo chose to give Ronaldo more rest time.  His strength is certainly more needed to carry out the two crucial matches ahead, namely against Lazio and Ferencvaros in the Champions League.
