DBasia.news – Have been quite long not supporting France national team, Anthony Martial finally returns to Didier Deschamps squad for the match against the Netherlands and Uruguay in the upcoming international break.
Deschamps decided to recall Martial to the Les Bleus squad after seeing the player who once supported AS Monaco has an improved performance with Manchester United.
So far, Martial scored five goals from five matches in all competitions.
Performing his best with The Red Devils, Deschamps hopes the 22-year-old player can keep up his positive performance.
“Anthony has been with the national team for a while now. He’s experienced both good and bad times, which is also the case for his club,” Deschamps said quoted by FourFourTwo.
“What he’s currently achieving with Manchester United is closer to what he’s able to do regularly. I’m talking about commitment and efficiency in front of goal. He’s a young player and I hope he is becoming more mature. He has proved that on the pitch by how important he’s been for Manchester United for a few weeks already,” he concluded.
Martial is expected to show his accuracy in the crucial match in 2018/2019 Premier League competition against Manchester City, Sunday (11/11).
