Evan Dimas Is Happy Called to the Indonesia National Team

Evan got the call from the senior Indonesia national team after supporting the U23 in the 2018 Asian Games. For him, supporting the country is a pride.

What makes Evan happier, the Selangor FA midfielder could reunite with his teammates. The Indonesia national team will have the friendly match against Mauritius on September 11, 2018, at Wibawa Mukti Stadium, Cikarang, Bekasi.

“I’m happy to be included in the Indonesia national team. So I can meet with my friends. I have to present the best against Mauritius,” Evan told the reporters.

Evan has no clue about Mauritius’ strength. They are currently in the 181st rank of FIFA.

“I have no idea. Perhaps Mauritius are strong. Moreover, we are playing in our own, we have to present the best,” Evan said.

Evan’s first season in the Malaysian Super League was rather unsuccessful. Selangor FA finished in the 8th of 12th rank in the standing.
