Even without Ronaldo, Crotone Remains Wary of Juventus

DBasia.news – Juventus must appear without Cristiano Ronaldo against Crotone. Even though there is no CR7, Crotone admits that he is still wary of the Bianconeri.

The Italian League continued to bring together Crotone vs Juventus which was held at the Ezio Scida Stadium, Sunday (18/10/2020) in the morning WIB. The Old Lady is currently in fourth position with seven points from three matches. Crotone at the bottom of the table without a win.

Juventus without Ronaldo for this match. The 35-year-old player is undergoing isolation after being exposed to the corona virus while strengthening the Portugal national team.

Ronaldo’s absence did not make Crotone happy either. Crotone coach, Giovanni Stroppa, was still horrified to see the Juventus squad leaving for his team headquarters.

“After facing AC Milan without (Zlatan) Ibrahimovic, we will now face Juventus without Cristiano Ronaldo. It’s better to watch them on TV than play against them,” said Stroppa quoted by Football Italia.

“But as a sportsman I want to see it. But if I look at the line-up of Juve players, it makes me shudder,” he continued.

“Juve are champions and they have many great players in their squad. They are a team to beat, the strongest in every way.”

Crotone is determined to pursue victory against Juventus. Three points are believed to be able to trigger the spirit of his team.

“We have to focus, and give something more: we are improving, and we can do it. A positive result against Juve can be decisive for our progress, but the team is developing. We have to improve in the last minutes and work individually at both stages,” he said.
