Funds Manchester City Issued to Build a Squad

DBasia.news – Manchester City are able to reach their current level of play because of their great sacrifice in efforts to strengthen the team. The Citizens became the first team in history to spend more than one million euros to build a team.
According to data from the CIES Football Observatory, City has issued 1.014 billion euros to form a team. City defeated the rich French club, Paris Saint-Germain, (PSG) who clung in second place with 913 million euros and followed by Real Madrid who poured in 902 billion euros.
While Manchester United (751 million euros) is the club with the second highest expenditure in the Premier League. They were followed by the Champions League champions, Liverpool (639 million euros). On average, Premier League clubs have spent around 345 million euros.
