DBasia.news – French national team captain, Hugo Lloris, claimed that he refuses to end his football career in North London.
Hugo Lloris has been Tottenham’s top goalkeeper in recent seasons. The 32-year-old player was even appointed as captain since the 2015-16 season to replace Younes Kaboul who left.
“I don’t think I will end my career with Tottenham. I can still perform optimally for a few more years. I will try to maximize the remaining playing time, “Lloris said.
“I will only stop playing when my body is no longer able. But, I did not rule out the possibility to try some new ideas before officially ending my career as a professional footballer, “he continued.
One of the new ideas that Lloris wants to try is to play in the United States when he decides to leave Tottenham. He also expressed his intention to retire after soaking in the atmosphere of Major League Soccer (MLS).
