If Fail to Sign Sancho, Manchester United Want to Bring 18-year-old Atalanta’s Winger

DBasia.news – Manchester United have reportedly prepared a number of other names to be brought in if Jadon Sancho’s transfer fails. One of the options being targeted is Atalanta’s 18-year-old winger, Amad Traore.

Manchester United have made Sancho the main target in the transfer market this summer. The 20-year-old player is considered to be the right person to fill the post of right winger Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team.

However, Manchester United’s desire to complete this transfer was hampered by the tough attitude of Borussia Dortmund as Sancho’s legitimate owner. Die Borussen only wants to release their flagship player with a figure of more than 100 million euros.

Manchester United are trying to persuade Dortmund to lower Sancho’s price. But until now, their efforts seem to be fruitless.

The Old Trafford camp tried to be realistic in responding to the current situation. Looking for another winger is a wise choice.

Reported by the Manchester Evening News, Amad Traore is the latest name to be associated with the city rivals Manchester City. The Ivorian-born player is considered one of the young wingers with a bright future.

The name Traore has not been widely known to the public. Last season he only appeared for 30 minutes in Serie A.

However, with that short time, Traore was able to set a record. He became Serie A’s youngest goalscorer after breaking into the Udinese goal in October 2019.

He did this at the age of 17 years and 109 days. Remarkably, Traore broke that record on his debut match.

Even so, Manchester United’s efforts to get Traore will not be easy to materialize. Atalanta definitely doesn’t want to lose any of its future assets for free.
