Incident with the Gunners Fans, Patrick Vieira Concerned about the Condition of Xhaka Granite

DBasia.news –  Ex-captain of the Gunners, Patrick Vieria thinks the fans should have shown respect for Xhaka. A series of unpleasant events experienced by the Swiss player has made Patrick Vieira concerned.

The future of Granite Xhaka is increasingly dark at Arsenal. After the incident with the Gunners fan, he was demoted by manager, Unai Emery. The armband was removed from his and as handed over to striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Even after that incident, he has yet to be played. Rumors are circulating that he might leave in January 2020.

The incident did not escape the attention of Patrick Vieira who is now training OGC Nice. “I am really concerned because he is the captain and he is in a difficult time, very difficult, at Arsenal,” he explained as quoted by Football5Star.com from Sky Sports.

The Frenchman added, “I think we should open up our memories and remember that he has achieved and done many things since he was at Arsenal. He deserves a lot of respect. “

Concerning the negative behavior shown by Granit Xhaka by throwing his jersey in response to fan blasphemies, Patrick Vieira believes it was humane. According to him, it was nothing more than a form of frustration surrounding the Swiss national team player.

“If you are a player and did not perform as you expect, you will be frustrated with yourself. Sometimes, you react by saying or doing things that you later regret, “said Parick Vieira.  “I was so surprised to see so many former footballers attacking him.”

Furthermore, Patrick Vieira believes the current incidents will not bring down Granit Xhaka. He believes the player will rise and learn a lot of lessons.

“I know how good he is and he will get through this difficult time as he is a strong person. He is a good player and he will show how good he is, “stated the man who had strengthened AC Milan at the beginning of his career.
