Indonesia National Team Will Play Against Myanmar and Hong Kong

DBasia.news – Indonesia national team will have two friendly matches before playing in the 2018 AFF Cup on November. The opponent will be Myanmar and Hong Kong.

The Garuda squad will play against Myanmar on September 10, 2018. Six days later, Hong Kong will be waiting for the Indonesia national team.

PSSI hasn’t decided the venue for both matches. It will be between Patriot Candrabhaga Bekasi and Wibawa Mukti Cikarang, Bekasi.

“About the venue, we have two choices, Patriot or Wibawa Mukti. Pakansari Stadium in Bogor can’t be used due to another schedule at the same time,” said PSSI secretary general Ratu Tisha Destria after the drawing of Liga 3 at Novotel Hotel Jakarta.

Previously, the Indonesia national team has conducted a friendly match against Mauritius on September 11. At that time, the Garuda squad won with a 1-0 score.

Meanwhile, the 2018 AFF Cup will start on November 8, 2018. The Indonesia national team will join the Group B with Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, and Timor Leste.

Meanwhile, regarding Luis Milla Aspas confirmation as the coach of Indonesia national team, PSSI will decide before September 20 in the exco meeting. The meeting will achieve the result whether the Spanish coach will stay or not.
