Inter Milan Official makes Alexis Sanchez’s status permanent
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Inter Milan have officially signed Alexis Sanchez from Manchester United with a three-year contract duration, said Inter CEO, Giuseppe Marotta as reported by Reuters.
Sanchez was brought in by Inter as a loan player at the start of the 2019/2020 season, following a disappointing performance at United, where he was only able to score five goals in 45 matches.
Although the Chilean player has only scored four league goals this season, he appears to have found his touch again in Italy. Sanchez also topped the list of assists for Inter with eight assists, as the Nerazzurri closed the season as the second-ranked team in the standings.
“It will be official tomorrow (Thursday) morning,” Marotta told Sky Sports.
“The player is completely ours and we have a three-year contract with him. We think he can be a useful member of our squad,” he added.
The transfer will at the same time make Sanchez entitled to strengthen Inter in their next matches in the Europa League, after they won 2-0 over Getafe in the top 16 match on Thursday morning WIB.
