DBasia.news –  Arsenal U-18 coach, Ken Gillard, revealed how to educate young players to hone their talents. One of them is by giving experience.

Following the Bali U-20 International Cup 2019, December 1-7, 2019, is one of Arsenal’s U-18 agendas during the season. In this event, they are able to forge players by competing against Inter Milan U-18, Real Madrid U-18 and Indonesia U-20 Allstar.

This is just one example. There are still many other countries that become the destination for experience. This agenda does not only apply to groups of 18 year olds. In other age groups, players are used to being brought to various countries.

The goal is not just to bring home a trophy, but the players receives experience as a provision to face the next season. This program was revealed by Arsenal U-18 coach, Ken Gillard.

“We provide exceptional opportunities for junior players to play in other countries. We have planned that in the future we will compete else where, including playing in Malaysia afterwards. We really think about this so that the players can receive the experience,” explained Ken Gillard when at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar.

Ken Gillard stated, in every tournament, Arsenal focused on the players who are brought in. But did not rule out the possibility that in one tournament, Arsenal could find talented players to withdraw.

“But it’s not that easy, when there are good players we immediately bring them in. The character of players from each country is different. But there is still the possibility for that,” explained Ken Gillard.

What Ken Gillard revealed was agreed by Arsenal U-18 midfielder, Ryan Fiyinfoluwa Alebiosu. He even forgot which countries he has played this year. As he recalled, he played in Slovakia, the United States and the Netherlands.

“The experience provided by Arsenal is extremely useful, including to improvise young players. Including currently playing in Bali, we also achieve a different experience,” Ryan said.

Arsenal were not disappointed when they failed to advance to the final, and had to meet Indonesia again in the race for third place. There are many players aged 15 and 16 who were brought to Indonesia. They have time to continue to develop.
